You've finally gotten up the nerve to hire a trainer and can't wait to see the results. To start, he suggests meeting everyday of the week to get you in shape as fast as possible. Wonderful, you think! I'll be rid of my muffin top in no time! You hire a Rock look alike trainer and get right to it. Problem is, by day four, you can barely sit on the toilet seat, let alone tie your shoes. You have a serious conversation with yourself for spending the money on something as horrible as this and wonder if your trainer will answer the phone when you try to call and say you're sick. At this point, you'd rather have a tooth pulled than to show up at the gym again. At least the dentist offers Novocaine!

- 1/2 banana
- 4-5 fresh strawberries
- 2 pineapple ring slices
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup ice (add more for desired thickness)
- 1 scoop Whey vanilla protein powder
